The role of the Manager will be to run the various donor acquisition programs including Face to Face, telecalling and developing HNI donor base for CIF. The responsibilities include field level promotions, meeting prospective donors directly, raising awareness about the cause, enhancing the support base as well as coordination of team members. This will involve programs in corporate offices, factories, residential complexes, and shopping complexes / malls or venues during major events, exhibitions, festivals, and gatherings etc that afford such donor acquisitions.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Building up the team which would include recruiting, and ensuring stable team strength at any point of time
Equipping the members through suitable training, effective scripts, FAQs, knowledge about the processes, systems, the cause and program updates etc.
Exercising close monitoring of each member to see how they progress and ensuring that they develop and mature with regard to the processes and systems
Planning campaign sites / locations and arranging the necessary permissions from the relevant authorities in advance.
Coordinating with the corporates for stall permissions and employee giving
Facilitating meetings with the field executives to brief them on locations / strategies and to evaluate the performance and to help solve problems, if any
Meeting prospective donors directly with hands on approach to field level promotions, raising awareness about the cause, enhancing the support base as well as coordination of team members
To be responsible for achieving the laid down individual and team targets on a monthly basis and to recommend measures for revenue expansion and growth
Planning road trips to select cities, arranging permissions wherever necessary, mapping of locations taking into account the maximum revenue potential and ensuring a satisfactory cost ratio
Responding to donor queries promptly and adequately and organizing facility visits for them whenever / wherever necessary
Dissemination of e-newsletters and other publications to the donors
Providing suitable fundraising reports / donor responses, photographs etc which will be helpful for fundraising communications and news letters
Ensuring all financial and regulatory compliances
What you need for this position:
Language skills: Good command over written and spoken English Hindi and Kannada
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience: Three years or more in the same capacity in the NGO sector with good track record. Those without this experience need not apply.
