Designation: Coordinator Information Technology Transformation

Roles:

Responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users of software applications within the organization. This role involves developing software for organisation requirements, automation of repetitive works by use of technology, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring software systems, and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations, Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop software & Information Technology related automation for enhancement of current organisation system.

• Collaborate with other department team members to identify and implement solutions for IT-related problems.

• Provide technical support and assistance to users experiencing issues with software applications & Computer systems.

• Diagnose and resolve software problems, including errors, bugs, performance issues & other technical problems.

• Communicate effectively with users to understand and troubleshoot their softwarerelated concerns.

• Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups and updates.

• Document technical processes and procedures for future reference.

• Train users on basic computer operations and software applications of the organisation.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

• 2 year Proven experience as a software Developer, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues, technical issues and providing timely resolutions.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Preference: Experience with Zoho (e.g., people, project, Creator, Deluge, Form, Analytics, CRM, Zoho Books, script etc.).

Skills:

• Technical proficiency in software applications, operating systems, software, and networking.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and user service skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Documentation and organizational skills.
