Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager - Partnership & Business Development.

Key responsibilities include:

Contribute to the development of strategy that supports the development of Bandhan-Konnagar’s sustainable programmes

Maintain donor database and records, keeping donor thematic, geographical focus in alignment of Bandhan-Konnagar’s mission and vision

Strengthening and refining programme management procedures and related resource mobilisation procedures, particularly from the identification of an opportunity through to project inception

Developing concept notes, proposals, budgets, presentations, etc. with inputs from programme and research teams

Qualification & Experience: 

Postgraduate / Professional degree in Social Studies / Business Management / Rural Development / Agriculture/ Fund Raiser/Marketing/Sales

Minimum 3years’ experience in the development sector e.g. livelihoods, agriculture, enterprise development, skill & employment, health, education, gender, Climate Change, etc.

Fluency in English and regional language(s)

Networking & partnership building skills

Remuneration: As per the industry norms.
