Job Description

To Control & Coordinate the work of the field staff and collects, consolidates and submits all monitoring formats and other information to office for documentation and other project monitoring purpose.

To organize the training programmes, workshop, meetings, etc. in the field as well as for the staff.

To submit periodical progress reports and other documents and as well regularly monitor & guide the staff in field.

To create rapport with Government officials and seek necessary approval for implementing the proposed activities.
