Development of digital apps to create awareness about sex education and promote the culture of nagaland.

Job Description:

As the Manager within our company, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the growth of our partnerships with CSR and social sector organizations. Your primary objective will be to strategize and implement initiatives that foster collaboration and innovation in the realm of digital solutions for critical developmental issues in India.

Responsibilities:

Partnership Development: Cultivate and nurture relationships with CSR and social sector companies focused on maternal health, hygiene, sexual awareness, and other key development areas. Identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and establish mutually beneficial collaborations.

Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive strategies to expand our reach and impact within the targeted sectors. Identify market trends, assess opportunities, and create actionable plans to enhance our presence and influence in the digital solutions space.

Project Management: Oversee the execution of partnership projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation and delivery of digital solutions.

Impact Evaluation: Work closely with internal teams to assess the impact of our digital solutions on the targeted developmental issues. Analyze data, generate reports, and derive insights to continuously improve our offerings and partnerships.

Thought Leadership: Represent the company in relevant forums, conferences, and industry events. Establish thought leadership by sharing insights, best practices, and success stories to further our position as a pioneer in leveraging technology for social good.

RFP Filing: Search for relevant RPFs and prepare documentation for the same.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in partnership development, preferably in the CSR or social sector with a focus on digital solutions for social impact.

• Strong understanding of India's social development landscape, particularly in maternal health, hygiene, sexual awareness, or related areas.

• Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills, with a track record of developing and executing successful strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and drive results with limited supervision.
