Job Title: Executive Secretary

Nightingales Medical Trust (NMT) is a reputed, professionally managed non-profit organization working for the wellbeing of the elderly and persons with Dementia since 1998.

We are currently looking for an experienced and highly competent Executive Secretary to Directors.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

•Proven experience working as an Executive Secretary or a similar role.

•A Bachelor's degree or Post Graduate in related field.

•Leadership experience in management or supervisory position in NGOs / educational institutions.

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

•Time-management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

•Proficiency in various office software, including email tools, spreadsheets, and databases.

•Willingness to learn and implement new models of management.

•Ability to handle high levels of confidentiality.

•Prepare reports, letters, and other documents independently using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.

•Take meeting notes and prepare minutes in executive meetings.

•Ability to coordinate with all the projects of the Trust and ensure that the decisions taken by the management are executed.

•Perform other related duties as assigned.
