Job Title – Program Manager / Mentor - Program

Qualification & Experience – BSW/ MSW/ MBA with 5 to 6 years of experience in the Development/ Sector

CTC – Salary will commensurate with experience.

Location – Noida

Primary Objective: Proposal Writing, Donor Management, Budget Management, Implementation, and Operations of Projects

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for the donor and the field staff

Responsible for the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitor processes.

Responsible for submitting narrative report, progress reports, case studies, meeting minutes on regular basis to the donor.

Preparation and submission of annual report as well as monthly and quarterly reports and sending of new funding requests.

Essential Job Requirement:

• Good Communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PPT)

• Added advantage for knowledge of Disability Sector

• Added advantage for knowing Indian Sign Language
