Urgent Vacancy with Digambarpur Angikar: Child Protection Project at South 24 PGS District, W.B

Organization: Digambarpur Angikar is a Govt registered Social Welfare Organization, established in the year 2000 and presently working in the sector of : Municipal Solid Waste Management, Water, Sanitation & Hygiene ,HIV/AIDS Prevention, Livelihood Development, Child Protection through Institutional & Non Institutional services, Education , Anti Human trafficking, Community health, MHM and Disaster Risk Management.

Mission of the Organization: Strengthen empowerment process of the most vulnerable women and children, so that they can realize and protect their basic human rights.

We are partnering with: State and Central Govt, Govt Autonomous Body, Reputed Corporate and Foreign Donor Agency.

Types of Employment:

• Thematic Supervisor: 3 position: 1 for Child Marriage,1 for Child Trafficking & 1 for Child Sexual Abuse.[ Desired Qualifications & experience: Graduate/Master in Social Science with basic working experience on child protection issue. Commanding knowledge on Child Protection laws and structures. Working experience with Child Line, Police, Child Welfare Committee, DCPU, DLSA, JJB etc. Candidates will be preferred who is Computer Friendly.

• Sr. Accountant: 1 position. [Desired Qualifications & experience: B.Com/M.com with working experience with NGO accounts using Tally Software. Independent capacity on Auditing, supervision and donor fulfilment.
