Manager — Sustainability Marketing

Job Role - Business development, offering water / energy efficiency solutions.

Work HQ – Bangalore

Qualification - Civil Engineer or Mechanical. Experience in Water or Energy Management in an NGO or Green Consulting Practice. Masters in Sustainability Marketing or MBA is added advantage.

Required Minimum Experience - 2 years in mapping impact analysis, Business Case presentations and scenario mapping.

Required Skill set -

• Passion for sustainability practices,

• Experience in project execution/monitoring

• Ability to adopt to digital monitoring solutions

• Should be able to present on solutions that address customer’s requirements

• ability to work on objectives and are not task oriented

• Travel to projects when needed to assess, evaluate and discuss with client representatives.

Job Description -

As Manager— Sustainability Markets, your role is pivotal in ensuring project implementation.

You’ll work closely with senior management to design/ implement solutions on ground.

Should be involved in all work relating to execution at customer sites, including:

• Proposal writing, Business Case presenting to Clients

• Monitoring of Project Budgets

• Solution Frameworks

• Water and Energy Audit reports

• Status Reports

This role includes documenting benchmarks of work on field, troubleshooting, process documentation, updating Client.

Required to work with client companies and track implementation of solutions customised to clients’ needs.

You’ll be supported by teams to ensure you are able to manage projects with efficiency.
