**Job Description: Capacity Building Officer**

**Location:** Lucknow, India

**Salary:** INR 40,000 per month

**Travel:** Frequent travel involved

**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Capacity Building Officer to join our team in Lucknow. The role requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in conducting trainings and workshops aimed at enhancing organizational capacities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a passion for driving impactful change through skill development initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Design and implement capacity building programs tailored to the needs of different stakeholders, including staff, partners, and community members.

- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various topics related to capacity building, ensuring content relevance and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with internal teams to assess training needs and develop comprehensive training plans aligned with organizational objectives.

- Evaluate the impact of training programs through feedback mechanisms and post-training assessments.

- Provide ongoing support and mentoring to participants to reinforce learning and application of skills.

- Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue bookings, participant registrations, and materials preparation.

- Stay updated on CSO, trends and best practices in capacity building and training methodologies.

-Bilingual and proficient in Hind/English.

-Able to write and prepare manuals, resource book, Training Modules and reading materials in Hindi and English.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Development Studies, etc.); Master’s degree preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in capacity building, training, or related fields.

- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that result in measurable improvements.

- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.

- Willingness to travel frequently within Lucknow and occasionally outside the city.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
