About Project:

Ashram Foundation is Running a Female Beggar Rehabilitation Home popularly know as Shanti Kutir, I/F Kanhauli Vishundat Near D.A.V. School B.M.P.-06 Malighat muzaffarpur with financial support of SAKSHAM (SSUPSW), Department of Social Welfare, Government of Bihar.

Our society is seeking personals for Home superintendent, Counsellor, Field Coordinator, Accountant for our center.

Job Title : Home Incharge (Superintendent)

No of position : 01 (Only for female candidate)

Education qualification: MBA/MSW/ MA in social

Experience: 2 Years of Experience in Social Sector

Job Responsibility

• Overall Management of Home

• Liaison & Co-ordination with the relevant department & Services provides for specialize care

• Act upon the direction from "SAKSHAM".

Salary : INR. 20,000/- to 25,000/- Per month

Job Title: Counselor

No of position: 01 (Only for Female Candindate)

Education qualification: Master Degree / Graduate in Psychology

Experience : 1 / 3 years relevant experience

Job Responsibility

• Psycho social Evaluation of all the beneficiaries.

• to consult he beneficiaries individually on daily basis communicate with Psychiatrist.

• To prepare an individual case history

• To get decisions on the corrective measures.

Salary : INR 12,000/- to 15,000/- Per month

Job Title: Field Coordinator

No of position: 02 (Male/Female 1-Livelihood, 1- Rehabilitation)

Education qualification: MA/ Graduate in Social science/ work

Experience : 1 year Relevant Experience

Job Responsibility

• To create awareness among beneficiary about home facilities.

• To identify, maintain database, mobilize & rescue the beneficiaries

• To complete all the legal formalities during rescue.

• To aware & help residential beneficiaries to get entitlement of govt welfare scheme

• To bring emergency/ referred case at concerned hospitals.

• To get information of belonging place of beneficiaries and tag them with their family

Salary : INR 10,000/- to 15,000/- Per month

Job Title: Accountant cum Data Entry operator

No of position: 01

Education qualification: B.Com

Experience : 1- 2 Year relevant experience

Job Responsibility

• To maintain all book of account and tally entry

• To prepare vouchers.

• Other work assigned by Seniors

Salary : INR 8,000 to 10,000/- Per month
