Key Skills & Competencies:

• MBA in Hospital Management/Healthcare Administration or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in hospital administration.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in healthcare regulations and policies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and staff efficiently.

• Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, hospital management software).

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring high standards of care and efficiency.

• Managing hospital finances, including budgeting and financial planning.

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of various departments.

• Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.

• Developing and implementing hospital policies and procedures.

• Coordinating with medical staff, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth hospital operations.

• Facilitating the recruitment, training, and development of hospital staff.

Hazaribag (Jharkhand)

Reporting to:

You will report to the Secretary of Shrinivas Sarvmangalam.

Salary Range:

Negotiable based on experience and current package
