Qualification & Experience: Master of Social Work

Minimum Experience: 10-12 years

Job Description:

1. Overall Management, planning, and monitoring of the project.

2. Availability for 24 hours to take care of any emergency situations.

3. Preparing & Maintaining project implementation plans.

4. Create detailed work plans and assign responsibilities for all staff members.

5. Plan and implement trainings for staff as per program goals and objectives.

6. Ensure quality assurance procedures in place for services provision.

7. Cost saving and manpower optimization in project implementation.

8. Planning and organizing meetings, workshops, medical camps, recreation activities related to project.

9. Conducting meetings with Industries, NGO’s funding agencies, organizing visits of government officials and other stakeholder related to Sankul.

10. Managing the database of the projects in coordination with M&E department.

11. Coordination with HR, Accounts and Admin department for fund Management and general administration

12. Undertake project promotion and liaison with existing and prospective funders.

13. Other administrative responsibilities/tasks as allocated by HOD/senior management of organization.

14. Event Management.

15. Your deliverables will not be limited only to above mentioned details and may be appointed with additional responsibility if needed.
