Payment Rs. 16000/- per month plus travel ( railway pass and actual expenses of field visit) after 3 months eligible for EPF.

As Social Worker, your duties and responsibilities shall be the following:

1. Assist Outreach through Peer Educators/Peer Counselor.

2. Assist the Project Manager in Drop-in Centre activities.

3. Connecting with new Stakeholder and NGOs for advocacy and support.

4. Maintaining record of all the work done in a day with necessary details.

5. Support Assistant Director, Social Worker and Project Manager to get KPs, Stakeholders

and NGOs for the centre to run the DIC works efficiently and smoothly.

6. Support the Project Manager and the Social Worker to get KPs. Need to contact the

Stakeholders and other NGOs to get more KPs to the centre for the smooth running.

7. Becoming part of all the activities / games that are executed during the day for the

children in the centre.

8. You agree to perform additional duties as and when required by SRT.
