Pragya invites applications for the following position:

Position: Senior Team Member, Disaster Management/NRM/Climate Change

Location: West Bengal / Bihar, India

Role:

Project Management: Help in the implementation of the projects in the Disaster Management, Natural Resource Management and Climate Change domains. Contribute on the tracking achievements against the plan on fortnightly basis.

Technical input: Provide technical inputs for the project in the field.

Team Productivity: Assist the team towards ensuring efficient project deliveries.

Person Specification:

The person will be required to be self-motivated and should ideally possess the following:

Qualifications: Masters degree with experience in Disaster Management sector. Candidates with technical qualifications in Disaster Management will be given preference.

Experience: 5 years in the development sector and substantial part of it in the specific domain.

Language: Good communication skills and strong command over English language

Strong Quantitative and Analytical skills

Terms:

Annual renewable contracts with remuneration varying from Rs. 420,000/- to Rs. 480,000/- per annum plus TA/DA, depending on the experience and skill set as assessed by the interview panel.
