Role : Manager Project RACE

Compensation: 30,000 (P.M.)

Incentives: 20,000-30,000 (P.M.) (Based on performance)

Qualification: Master degree in relevant field from an

esteemed University

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Job Location: District Project Office, Odisha (with 50% travel in

luxury camper van to rural areas)

Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Manager for Project RACE (Research, Awareness

Campaign and Education) to lead our initiatives in Odisha. The ideal candidate will have a strong

background in team management, research, awareness campaigns, or behavioural change

communication.

Key Deliverables:

? Lead a team of professionals, ensuring successful project implementation.

? Design and execute awareness campaigns targeting rural communities.

? Conduct data collection for research projects, ensuring quality and accuracy.

? Engage with local communities, understanding their needs and concerns.

? Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.

? Oversee project planning, execution, and reporting.

Key Skills Required:

Here is a list of few skills which will be helpful in the daily functioning as a Manager Project RACE:

? Proven experience in team management.

? Experience in at least one of the following: research, awareness campaigns, behavioural

change communication.

? Fluency in Hindi, English, and Odia languages.

? Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

? Ability to adapt to rural settings and travel extensively.

? Master's degree in Social Sciences, Communications, or related fields.

? Experience working in rural development or similar sectors.
