Bid Invitation

Solidarity and Action against the HIV Infection in India (SAATHII) Invites applications from eligible organizations, that have the necessary expertise and capacity to effectively manage and enhance Care and Support Centers (CSC 2.0) and integrate eliminating vertical transmission of HIV. Through this process, SAATHII seeks to establish partnerships with organizations that are committed to achieving significant health outcomes in line with the strategic objectives of the NACP and the Global Fund. SAATHII is seeking applications from suitable organizations to serve as Sub-Sub Recipients (SSR /CSC/s) for the project implementation in the SSR / CSCs as listed under the Introduction section Point C - Project locations and SSR Zone Pin Codes.

1. Pre-Bid Queries Clarification

2. Proposal Submission Guideline

A. Bidders applying for the States of Haryana, Punjab or Telangana:

The bidders are required to submit their technical proposals by the submission deadline specified above.

A.1 Hard copy applications: The bidder has to submit the hard copy technical proposal in a sealed envelope super-scribing on top:

a) “RFP for SSR under SAATHII GC7-HIV grant for       (state name): Technical Proposal:

“(put the name of the bidder)

A.2 Soft copy applications: The bidder has to submit the soft copy technical proposals in files by email with the following subject lines

Note 1: The applicant should submit both hard and soft copies of the duly filled application along with relevant supporting documents. Please ensure that all the pages are numbered in sequence in both soft copies and hard copies. In addition, the hard copies of the documents should be signed by an authorized representative of the organization, on each page.

Note 2: All communications related to the proposal should be conducted exclusively via email using the provided contact details. Any attempt by interested agencies to influence the selection process, whether directly or indirectly, to gain an unfair advantage may result in the rejection of their application.
