Job and responsibilities:

The Project Manager is the overall in-charge of the Adolescent Project and is responsible for

functioning of the project as per the proposal.

1. The PM is tasked with achievement of the project deliverables as per project targets.

2. Outreach through Peer Educators

3. Promote Safe Space for clients with

a. One to one Counselling, Group Counselling

b. Education on HIV prevention and sexuality education

c. Skills Building – Social Skills Development

d. Games & Leisure Activities

e. Financial Literacy Training

f. Anger Management

g. Dealing with Depression

h. Handling Anxiety & Fear of the Future

4. Referral to other services based on need

5. Conduct weekly / biweekly/monthly review meetings with project staff and PEs.

7. You agree to perform additional duties as and when required by SRT
