About project:
SPID operates Skill Development program in Delhi with support from Tech Mahindra Foundation under CSR activities. The program includes two SMART Centers located in Uttam Nagar and Nangloi, New Delhi. It is aimed at empowering poor young adults who are aged 18 and above and have at least completed class 10th, enrollment requires a valid AADHAR card.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual who is willing to join our organization as a trainer and provide unprivileged youth-appropriate and curriculum-based training on BFSI and BUSY/Telly courses at our two skill development centers.
Key responsibility:
• Provide training in various skills required in Busy & BFSI
• Develop and implement innovative teaching tools and techniques to engage trainees throughout the program
• Conduct pre & post assessments, monthly assessments, and evaluate progress
• Document success stories
• Explore job opportunities with various companies for trained students
• Follow up with drop-out students and those who have been placed
• Motivate and mobilize students for enrollment and job opportunities
• Visit fields and markets
• Prepare reports
• Travel locally and outstation as required
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum Commerce graduate with good knowledge of Busy or Tally
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar areas
• Proficient in MS Office and internet usage
• Knowledge in Tally will be considered an additional qualification
• Ability to conduct psychological tests and counseling is an asset
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Innovative, passionate about the work, natural motivator, and able to work in a team
Remuneration: INR 25000/- month (Negotiable)
