Position: Special Project Executive

Purpose of the Position

The Special Project Executive will anchor events, activity and publications for Healing Fields Foundation as it celebrates 25 years, with the objective of improving HFF’s visibility and energizing the existing community for HFF.

Scope

Special Project Executive would report to the CEO and will plan, implement and document activities, publications and events for Healing Fields Foundation

Location:

Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore or Hyderabad

Job Description Special Project Executive

Anchor objectives, timelines, stakeholders and final deliverables for all activities, events and publications launched to celebrate 25 years of Healing Fields Foundations.

This will include:

• Ideate and Execute communication strategies for promoting Healing FIelds during 25 year celebrations

• Plan and Execute events in Delhi and Mumbai including key stakeholders, donors, partners, development sector leaders, and potential collaborators.

• Plan and Execute events in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand for 2,000 Community Health Entrepreneurs (women trained by HFF to lead health transformation in their rural villages)

• Act as Editor and coordinate contributors to write articles and think-pieces for a publication

• Anchor development of mini documentaries on the History and Impact of Healing Fields

Qualification and Skills

• Minimum 5 years experience in PR/Communications/Community Engagement/Fundraising/NGO Leadership/Journalism

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships and tap into an existing network

• Strong communication skills in English, including written and verbal

• Creativity and Imagination with ability to build enthusiasm for this 25 year milestone

Remuneration: Negotiable and depends on the candidate’s competence, experience levels
