Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.
This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following: .
1. Represent/ act as point person from organization in external meetings, workshops/ larger forums to articulate approach & strategy as per strengths
2. Collaborate with players in ABDM framework and connect them with each other as per the need, for achieving project outcomes.
3. Influence, and facilitate engagements with multiple stakeholders and higher Government officials
4. Facilitate implementation of tasks as per any project deliverables
5. Orchestrate effective team meetings, capacity building sessions with impact
Desirable Qualification & Experience :
1. Graduate or Post Graduate in Business Management/ Rural Management with experience in consulting
2. 7-12 Years in consulting, and stakeholder management in development sector (Management Consulting, Public Health, Analytics, Public Policy/Administration, or allied areas.)
3. Essential to have worked with key public (NHA, State ABDM missions, respective depts) and private stakeholders (health professionals, facilities, HMIS/ PHR companies)
Essential Skills:
1. Proven performance in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
2. Excellent analytical (qualitative and quantitative) skills and communication (written and verbal) skills.
3. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
4. Communicate effectively, written (English) and oral (English and Hindi); synthesize and articulate complex concepts in easy-to-understand ways
5. Exceptional Problem solving and Program Management skills
