Key Responsibilities:
• Developing communication strategies: Create and implement communication strategies for the organization.
• Managing communications: Manage internal communications, such as newsletters and social media accounts.
• Writing content: Draft and publish press releases, speeches, case studies, website copy, and other publicity content.
• Planning events: Organize initiatives and plan events and press conferences.
• Liaising with media: Maintain a database of media contacts, respond to media requests, and arrange interviews.
• Building relationships: Foster relationships with reporters and key people, and maintain a strong relationship with the media. As well as build long-term relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.
• Creating and managing content: Create, manage, and schedule content for social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and maintain a positive public image within these networks.
• Design and Develop Website: design and develop the website of the organization in well manner.
• Developing social media strategies: Create and implement social media strategies to align with organization goals.
• Monitoring and responding: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media.
• Ensuring brand consistency: Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitoring online activity: Monitor online activity to ensure that users follow established guidelines.
• Analyzing engagement data: Analyze engagement data to identify trends in customer interactions.
• Planning digital campaigns: Plan digital campaigns to build community online.
• Managing social media profiles: Manage and maintain a company's social media profiles and presence.
• Monitoring trends: Monitor trends in social media and digital marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Aligning communications and promotional activities with organization goals.
• Giving presentations and educating teams, executives, stakeholders and the public about organization news, updates and offerings.
• Coordinating events and public appearances for company executives and business leaders.
• Measuring the performance of campaign strategies and improving approaches as necessary.
• Planning and initiating communications and promotional campaigns.
