1. Role:- Project Associate-Solid Waste Management
a) Job Description: -
a. Planning, Execution, and Monitoring of SWM programme.
b. Overall responsible for targets & delivery.
c. Plan mass awareness campaign, IEC materials, rallies, community/school engagement plan.
d. Strong community mobilization
e. Facilitate and execute community/ward level meetings
f. Form residential committees and maintain the records as per the standard format
g. Prepare data of key indicators on per day basis
h. Timely submission of Monthly progress report and MIS data to Project Manager with the backup documents.
i. Any other project related work assigned by Project Manager, Conduct Joint field Visit with PM.
j. Conduct monthly meetings with ward key stakeholders
k. Monitoring composting unit and recyclable store
l. Maintain records of waste collected, processed etc
Experience:- 2+ years project field experience in field of development Sector/ Corporate / CSR / UN Agency/ reputed NGO.
Qualification:-
• Must be graduation/masters in social work/sociology/social science and any other equivalent degree.
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Skills Required:-
a. Analytical skills, usage of Computer Tools (Basic Microsoft O?ce needed for report/data preparations.
b. Proven success working with all levels of management.
c. Basic knowledge of sanitation and waste management preferred.
d. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
e. Strong public speaking.
b) Location:- Hardoi ,Uttar Pradesh.
c) Remuneration:- Between 16000/- Per Month TO INR 18000/- Per month.
Travel- As per organization norms.
