Job Description

Prayog Samaj Sevi Sanstha is a social organization working for the socio-economic development of the tribals, Dalits, and down trodden.

It is situated at Sasaholi, Tilda Dist - Raipur (C.G.).

We are in need of an energetic youth to cater service as a MEAL OFFICER for a project run by Prayog.

What you must have:

Minimum qualification should be graduation, computer science or data management.

Experience:- At least 2-5 years’ experience in data management, documentation and related fields.

Salary: suitable & negotiable

What is expected from you:-

1. Data management and its analysis

2. Design, implement, and maintain an MIS system for output data collection, processing, and reporting skills.

3. Develop dashboards and insights with project performance and impact.

4. Analysis data to identify trends. Insights & area of improvement

5. System development & maintenance:

6. Training and capacity building of community members/ staff on the use of MIS tools and systems.

7. Timely and accurate reporting of project outcomes for the stakeholders and organization.

Essential Skills:-

Proficiency in database management systems, data analysis (SQL, EXCEL, etc.) and MIS software, familiarity with KOBO tools, etc.

Personal qualities and behavior traits:-

1. Strong analytical skills with ability to use the tools and presentation skills.

2. Patience and empathy in dealing with the community and the team.

3. Must be willing to travel to field locations as per requirements.

4. Establish a track record of integrity and resource conservation, ensuring to stay minimum for a year with the organization.
