Job Description

1) Should have strong knowledge of women’s issues.

2) Should aware about the various governmental schemes related to women.

3) Should have strong understanding of SHG.

4) Should be capable to organize and conduct the awareness sessions in the community.

5) Should aware about urban communities.

6) Sound in the execution of project implementation.

7) Good Interpersonal skills.

8) Ability to perform the job responsibilities within the timelines.

9) Excellent verbal and written communication in English as well as Marathi.

10) Ability to work efficiently and flexibly in a fast-paced environment, both individually and as part of a team.

11) Should be multitasking as per the project needs.

12) Comfortable with field work in PMC, PCMC, rural Pune.
