Position: Research Analyst (Agri & Rural Dev.)

Research Analyst (Agri & Rural Dev.)

Lucknow / Delhi

Job Responsibilities

(A) Projects Execution

To prepare detailed plan for the timely execution of the assigned project(s)

To develop research tools as per Terms of Reference and Technical Proposal

 Interact closely with the Field Data Collection team to ensure timely collection of quality data

To analyse data and write detailed research report offering evidence-based solutions

(B) Proposal Development

To develop winning research proposals in response to tenders

To prepare Power-point Presentation and present it before the clients

 In addition to the above responsibilities, candidates may also be required to train other junior researchers.

Eligibility

Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Agri-business Management, Rural Development or any Relevant Discipline

Preference to persons who have knowledge of Climate Resilient Technologies

3 - 6 years of experience in conducting research studies after obtaining the highest educational degree

Computer savvy with excellent command over Written & Spoken English, to be adjudged through a test

Remuneration: CTCRs. 9 - 15 Lakhs per annum, based on qualification, experience and competence level.

Appointment: This is a full-time regular position. Initially, the individuals will be appointed on a probationary basis. After successful completion of the probation period (depending upon their performance and organization’s norms), the candidates would be absorbed by the organization with benefits, such as, Health Insurance, Provident Fund, Self-Development Allowance, etc.
