Experience :- Proven experience of 5-10 years in the program management particularly related to women empowerment program or livelihood program.

Skills :-

JOB DESCRIPTION
Women Empowerment Manager provide overall project management and compliance Project goals and impacts are achieved through effective and efficient project management.
• Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects of the Women Empowerment Program Development.
• Organizing Programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the foundation and the goals set with our CSR partners.
• Develop suitable strategies and objectives for the program execution.
• Develop new sub programs to support the strategic direction of the foundation.
• Project phase in, phase out, transition and sustainability planning and extension of project as required.
• Resolve issues of project timely.
• Developmental activities for women under Atmanirbharata Project - Awareness sessions, counseling and other programs contributing to enhancement of knowledge related to the issues related to women and children.
• Promotion of livelihood among women with vocational training, Entrepreneurship Development Trainings, Bank linkages, Marketing linkages - Online and offline.
• Formation of SHGs and Federation and its management , Trainings of the SHG and Federation members and the leaders, Audit of the SHGs and Federation, Monitoring and evaluation of the SHGs and Federation, Risk assessment and management of SHGs and Federation, Implementation of the entrepreneurship development program for the SHG members, Coordination for the developmental programs for SHG members.
• Coordinate the activities such as food grain distribution or any kind of distribution for women and children.
• Overall implementation of the CSR projects for women empowerment.
• Participate in other project’s activities as and when necessary.
Monitoring & Evaluation, Documentation and Reporting
• Develop an evaluation method to assess the program strengths, team strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure goals and objectives of the program are met in the areas of women empowerment and satisfaction.
• Analyze program risk in a particular location.
• Make a monitoring process for the coordination and cross project location activities.
• Financial reports of the SHG and Federation and CSR reports. Provide orientation & formats to the project staff on reporting & record keeping. Undertake periodical field visits to assess the systems and verify data.
• Develop and ensure appropriate tools and strategy to monitor the progress and quality and impact of the project and implement it.
• Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly plan of action for the road map of the team, understanding where they are and where they have to reach.
• Develop Reporting, Report writing and submitting formats timely.
Financial Management/Policy adherence Accountability and quality management system in place
• Developing a budget and operating plan for the program implementation.
• Project budget utilization achieved by 100%.
• Systems aligned with amended audit requirements.
• Provide support to the CSR team in making proposals, quarterly achievement.
• Coordinate with the Administrative, Resource Development & Donor Care departments for timely understanding of the financial position of the project.
Capacity Building organizes training, people management and team development
• Coordinate in managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
• Assume responsibilities for the program staff and vendors.
• Develop and control guidelines for project plans, project deadlines, budget and activities.
• Lead and timely evaluate the project team with provided feedback of necessary deadlines.
• Provide strong servant leadership, encourage, support, coach and mentor the project team, ensuring capacity is built and appropriate results are attained.
• Staff recruitment, staff training and team management, Coordination of the employee engagement activities.
Networking and Advocacy Developing and sustaining work relationship with internal/external stakeholders
• Build up a network in the community to reach maximum potential women for their empowerment.
• Provide support to presentation to stakeholders and CSR partners.
• Provide support to the CEO.
