Job Title: Center Coordinator

Location: [Roshanara Traffic Park, Delhi]

Employment Type: Full Time, One Year, Contractual

Reports to: Head Operations ( North and East)

Salary : Upto Rs 6 lakhs per annum CTC ( fixed and variable) as per the competency level

Job Overview:

The Center Coordinator will be responsible for the daily operations of a traffic park, managing a team, coordinating with stakeholders, and mobilizing trainees for two-wheeler riding training programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth functioning of the center while creating awareness and engaging communities for participation in road safety and riding programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Center Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the traffic park, ensuring that all training activities are running smoothly and efficiently.

• Ensure that all equipment and training materials are in place and functioning properly.

• Maintain safety and security standards within the park.

2. Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including local authorities, and community leaders, to ensure program success.

• Engage with schools, colleges, corporates, and local communities to promote awareness about road safety and two-wheeler riding programs.

3. Team Leadership:

• Lead and supervise a team of instructors and support staff.

• Ensure proper training and development of team members, and handle staff scheduling.

• Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication.

4. Mobilization of Trainees:

• Develop and execute mobilization strategies to attract participants for the two-wheeler riding training program.

• Conduct outreach activities to promote training programs in local communities.

• Ensure targeted participant enrolment numbers are met.

5. Monitoring and Reporting:

• Maintain records of daily attendance, participant enrolment, and program completion.

• Prepare and submit reports on center performance and trainee participation to higher management.

• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations and mobilization.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management, community mobilization, or related fields.

• 5-6 years of experience in managing training centers, mobilization activities, or working with community-based programs.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.

• Familiarity with road safety programs or vehicle training will be a plus.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in community outreach and mobilization.

• Ability to work collaboratively with local authorities and partners.

• Organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in training, traffic management, or riding education programs is advantageous.
