I. Position Information
Job Code Title : Senior HR Manager- Human Resource (Open to Indian Nationals Only)

Type of Contract : Service Contract
Remuneration : 7 to 12 Lacs ( As per Experience)

II. Organizational Context
MAHARISHI RAM RAJ TRUST was registered as a charitable trust under India Trust Act 1882 on December 2014 by members inspired and experienced with Vedic Education and Rural Development.
MAHARISHI RAM RAJ TRUST is a unique organization in India. It is established to specifically promote, teach, and conduct scientific research on curriculum and courses of study in Maharishi Vedic Science and all 40 aspects of the Ved and Vedic literature developed over the course of 50 years. This trust is of great importance in assimilating and promoting the world-wide interest and support of the Vedic heritage of India.
Under the guidance of the Executive Director (India CO) and the daily supervision of the Head of Human Resource, the Senior HR Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring Human Resource operations.
III. Functions
Lead the process of managing end to end recruitment, including identifying and hiring new talent through job portals, recruitment agencies, references and networking for the organization, conducting interviews, shortlisting, negotiation and finalization of potential candidates in coordination with the HR Head.
Create job descriptions for new roles and refine the existing job descriptions to make it relevant as per the defined role and organizational goals.
Prepare the new hire for integration into the organization atmosphere and workflow. Prepare plan, and execution for on boarding, induction and required training. Identify training needs of individuals and departments and liaison with internal and external resources for capacity building.
Develop HR Policies, strategies, rules and regulations, SOPs etc. and maintain required statutory and personnel documentation.
Develop and implement a robust performance management system. Lead the performance reviews in consultation with the HR Head every Three months.
Designing programs to reward employees for accomplishments and motivate them to continue performing at a high level
Develop a standard procedure for settling problems and providing conflict resolution as well as bring a positive reinforcement to the organization.
Provide guidance and direction to the team assigned within the HR department. Develop the team to assist in various HR activities.
Will be responsible for recording and reporting the performance of individual departments to the HR Head.
Ensure timely salary processing, claims of retired/resigned employees benefit such as full and final settlement, gratuity, PF etc.
Monitor daily/monthly staff attendance and leave records, analyze as per organization rules and keep the HR Head inform.
Will be responsible for effective data management, record keeping and coordination with PF Department, ESIC, for updating employee details, monthly deposits, claims etc. in time.,
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Assessing employee job performance to provide feedback and use in determining promotions, salary increases, and termination of employment.

Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

VI. Recruitment Qualifications
Education and certification:
Completion of secondary education is required.
MBA in HR, Bachelor’s degree or Post Bachelor’s Degree in.
Experience:
Minimum 9-15 years of relevant experience in a Human Resource
Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and experience in handling of web-based management system
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English and Hindi is required
