Qualification: - Graduate in agriculture and

Experience - 3-4 years’ experience

Ability to work with farmers on climate-smart agriculture methods, livelihood, and entrepreneurship.

HPPI is seeking a qualified full-time Project Leader for monitoring and implementation of the Holistic Rural Development Project in Prayagraj, UP for a 3-years project.

Project aims to utilize a community-based approach to promote integrated village development through sustainable climate-smart agriculture methods, livelihood and entrepreneurship opportunities (Farm and Non-Farm) and education support services through development of SMART School for primary school children and natural resource management, in the Soraon Block of Prayagraj District (Uttar Pradesh).

The ideal candidate should have a good background in connecting community work and provide support integrated development by creating sustainable economic security and livelihood opportunities through promoting climate-smart agriculture methods and entrepreneurial ecosystem and improved educational facilities

The position will help the farmers to increase their income through adopting chemical-free agriculture practices and starting new irrigation methods.
