Request for Quotation for NUKKAD NATAK in Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh

Mamta Health Institute for Mother and Child (Mamta-HIMC) [http://mamta-himc.in/home/] is a not-for-profit institution registered under the Society Registration Act of 1956. The organization was established in 1990, focusing on adolescent, maternal, and child health. Over the past three decades, the organization’s work has diversified into public health areas like Maternal and Child Health & Nutrition; Sexual and Reproductive Health with a focus on Adolescents (10-19 years); Communicable Diseases (including HIV, TB, and Hepatitis B & C); and Non-Communicable Diseases (Hypertension, Diabetes, Obesity, & Mental Health). Nutrition, being a core pillar of human development, is also a cross-cutting agenda for many interventions.

Objective:

Mamta-HIMC, with the support of Mankind Pharma, is inviting quotations from experienced organizations to conduct approximately 35-40 Street Plays (Nukkad Natak) in Dhagera and Rajpura blocks of District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh. These street performances aim to raise awareness about the comprehensive services offered by the Health and Wellness Centres (HWCs) under the National Health Mission. The HWCs are fully equipped with all necessary tools and resources to provide quality healthcare services, ensuring that the public is informed about the wide range of facilities available to them for their well-being and preventive care.

We will be inviting quotations from different street play vendors and they will be performing 2-3 Street Play per day in the selected location of District Sirmaur HP.

Specifications:

Theme: The theme of the street play will be related to the Health and Wellness Centre services, including maternal and child health, non-communicable diseases, communicable diseases, and general wellness) will be provided by MAMTA and Mankind teams.

Script Development: The development of the script and any associated folk song, which can only be modified after prior permission and review by the MAMTA team.

Script Finalization: The script will be finalized by MAMTA and Mankind.

Deliverables and Terms & Conditions:

Payments will be made to the vendor by MAMTA HIMC in instalments according to a mutually consent both have agreed-upon. The payment will be done after the submission of original invoices.

Tax deductions will be done as per the relevant rules of Government of India.

Accommodation and travel for all team members will be managed by the agency them self as MAMTA HIMC or Mankind are not liable to provide any of these.

The agency has to arranging microphones, traditional outfits, and other logistics needed during the street play.

The agency will provide 4 photographs (coloured hard copies) of each show and submit them to the organization.

Agency has to submit the quotation on their Letter head, inclusive of GST and other logistics arrangements, by [Insert Date].

Eligibility Criteria:

The agency’s team performing in the district must be familiar with the local dialect of Sirmaur.

The agency must provide minimum 6 artists those will be performing the street play.

Others:

MAMTA HIMC reserves the right to reject all or any quotation(s) wholly or partly without assigning any reason what so ever.

The MAMTA HIMC team reserves the right to request in-person discussions with the top 3 quotations.

MAMTA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to conduct negotiations in accordance with MAMTA and donor policies and procedures. They may request additional information from prospective bidders to supplement or clarify any aspect of the proposal documents if such revisions will benefit the program.

Only shortlisted agencies will be contacted.

MAMTA will not be legally bound by any award notice until an agreement is duly signed and executed with the winning bidder(s).

Application Process:

All applicants (company/agency/institutional) should comply with the Government of India guidelines/policies for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at the workplace. As part of the application process, you are required to share the status of your Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). If the committee is not in place, please provide the reason.

Interested agencies/organizations/individuals must submit the quotation for the street play “Nukkad Natak,” highlighting the process, portfolio of past work, financial proposal, and the timeline for the project. The technical and financial quotations should be sent in soft copy via email to [email address] on your letterhead by [Insert Date] with the subject line “Quotation for Nukkad Natak in Sirmaur.” Incomplete applications and those received after the deadline will not be considered. Only shortlisted agencies will be contacted.

Mamta HIMC has a policy of erasing all confidential information, ideas, and concepts submitted in proposals/applications after the selection process is completed.
