The organization works with more than 75000 families across 15 districts in Chhattisgarh. Agricon is dedicated to ensuring agriculture-based livelihood support for poor and marginalized people, with nearly three-quarters of the families belonging to Schedule Tribes. They are currently expanding their activities in remote areas of tribal districts 

Role – Block Co-Ordinator Officer 

CTC: - 192000 INR PA. It is subject to the deductions of PF/ESIC and TDS as per the Human resource policy and the government compliance norms.

Job Description:

Facilitate awareness activities on Mental Health, SEL, Adolescent Parenting etc.

Mobilize community as well as volunteers for community/village level events.

Participate and coordinate in organization of district level workshops.

Provide daily reports in through forms, and monthly written reports.

Deliver individual training /capacity building sessions at the block level to teachers, PRI members, Anganwadi workers, other FLW etc.

Provide ground level support in establishing reference mechanisms for access to MHPSS in the district.

Register and engage with volunteers daily and promote the predefined volunteer activities in line with the identified behaviors.

Type of Employment: - Full Time, Fixed term Employment (8 months with the opportunity of extension and permanent employment)

Desired Qualifications:

Education: 12th Pass or above

Must Have: Smartphone and Two-wheeler
