Job Summary: The MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization's data systems, ensuring efficient data processing, and providing insights to assist decision-making. The role involves maintaining databases, generating reports, analyzing data, and supporting IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage the organization’s MIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and availability.

Design and generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management.

Analyze data to provide actionable insights and support business decisions.

Collaborate with different departments to ensure data needs are met.

Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time data monitoring.

Assist in automating processes to enhance data management efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve any system or reporting issues.

Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.

Train staff on using MIS tools and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in data management and reporting.

Proficiency in database management and report generation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.

Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

Office setting, collaborating with IT and other departments.

May require occasional extended hours during reporting cycles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs 13,000.00 - Rs 20,000.00 per month
