Responsibilities

Manage the centre ensuring high quality Skill development of the candidates

Supervision of the team in the Cente and provide support

Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole

Smooth running of the team

Contribute to training and development of the team

Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the centre

Maintain overall centre responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities

Provide mobilization report to the Program Manager

Reports to the Department head at Regional office

Maintain accurate records of batches created, number of candidates in each batch, total number of trainers, attendance, asessment and follow-up

Look for any other issue at the Centre which requires immediate response

Drive improvements on systems, processes, operations and risk management initiatives

Manage staff performance

Oversee staff development, training and mentorship programmes

Prepare annual work plans and budget plans

Set centre's directions for engagement with families, community and other stakeholders

Set the centre's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Set the strategic direction for the centre

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs 18,000.00 - Rs 20,000.00 per month
