Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Assistant Project Manager to join our team and help us expand our reach and resources to further our mission.

Position Overview:

The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in identifying and securing funding opportunities, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth to support the organization’s strategic goals. This position involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategies for donor engagement, grant acquisition, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising & Donor Engagement:

• Identify, research, and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donations.

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential donors, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.

• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for donors and partners.

• Plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and donor appreciation activities.

2. Partnership Development:

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate entities, government agencies, and other NGOs to enhance the organization’s impact and visibility.

• Negotiate and manage agreements with partners, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with the organization’s mission.

• Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and networking events to establish and nurture key relationships.

3. Grant Management:

• Lead the process of identifying, writing, and submitting grant proposals to secure funding from corporate, PSUs and government programs.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with grant requirements, including reporting and budget management.

• Collaborate with program teams to align grant activities with project goals and outcomes.
