Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Communication Manager to lead the Trust’s communication strategies and manage all aspects of marketing and outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, the organization’s website, newsletters, and other marketing and communication activities that promote the Trust's work and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Trust’s social media presence across various platforms.

Oversee the design, content, and updates of the organization’s website.

Create and distribute newsletters and other communication materials to stakeholders.

Develop and implement communication strategies to increase the visibility of the Trust’s projects and initiatives.

Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and media outreach.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and promote key programs.

Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and external partners.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role, preferably in the non-profit sector.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in website management tools (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms.

Ability to multitask and manage projects under deadlines.

Experience in branding, media relations, and strategic communication planning.
