Overview:

The Fifth Pillar seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain accurate data records for various projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining a large volume of information efficiently and accurately. This role is crucial for ensuring that our databases are up-to-date and reliable, contributing to our mission of delivering impactful digital and financial literacy programs, PwD training, and other CSR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input data into various databases and systems promptly.

Review data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring correct entries are made.

Update and maintain records of incoming information from project teams and partners.

Generate reports as required for internal analysis and project monitoring.

Ensure confidentiality and data protection at all times, adhering to organizational policies.

Communicate with project teams to resolve data discrepancies and clarify information.

Assist with other administrative tasks, including documentation and filing, as needed.

Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.

Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.

Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently and without errors.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.

Previous experience in data entry or a related role is preferred.

Qualifications:

Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or equivalent.

Prior experience in data management or administrative support is advantageous.
