Job Title: Documentation Coordinator

Reporting: M&E Coordinator
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Documentation Coordinator for our Nutrition project. The ideal candidate will have excellent documentation, research, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and design reports, documentation, and audio-visual materials.
2. Compile and send project activity reports to donor agencies.
3. Develop training manuals, process manuals, and publication materials.
4. Document meetings, events, and trainings.
5. Create presentations for conferences and meetings.
6. Collect resource materials.
7. Collaborate on publications and reports.
8. Produce resource materials for advocacy meetings.
9. Contribute to academic publications and research designs.
10. Review literature.
11. Assist fundraising team with proposals.
12. Document project processes and case stories.
13. Ensure periodic collation of positive case stories.
14. Provide training and guidance to community outreach team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree with 5-8 years of experience in social field, documentation, and research.
Skills & Competencies:

3. Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Interpersonal communication.
5. Rapport building.
6. Multi-tasking.

Desirable:
1. Familiarity with government systems.

3. Knowledge of ACT communication strategies.
