As part of our continued growth, we are seeking part time staff to join our Skill Building team in Faridabad, Haryana. 

1. Job Opening: Part-Time Computer Instructor

Position: Part-Time

Location: Faridabad

Work Schedule: 4 days a week, 4 hours per day 

About the Role

Pahal Foundation is looking for a Computer Instructor to provide foundational and advanced computer skills training to community members at our Skill Building Centre for transgender and gender diverse communities in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and have the ability to simplify complex computer concepts for students with varying levels of proficiency. 

Key Responsibilities:

Teach basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet browsing, email, and data entry.

Provide lessons on more advanced computer applications, as per students’ needs.

Create engaging lesson plans that cater to the learning pace of the students.

Ensure a hands-on approach with students to help them gain confidence in using computers.

Monitor student progress and provide feedback and additional support when necessary.

Provide placement assistance by preparing students for job opportunities, including resume building and interview skills in IT-related fields.

Maintain the computer lab and ensure proper usage of equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in computer skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and internet research.

Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple manner.

Strong organizational and communication skills. 

2. Job Opening: Part-Time Make Up Instructor

Position: Part-Time

Location: Faridabad

Work Schedule: 4 days a week, 4 hours per day 

About the Role

Pahal Foundation is seeking a Make Up Instructor to teach makeup techniques to community members at our Skill Building Centre. The ideal candidate should be experienced in a variety of makeup styles and passionate about mentoring students in the beauty industry. 

Key Responsibilities:

Teach basic to advanced makeup techniques, including day, evening, bridal, and professional looks.

Offer hands-on training in makeup application, product selection, and skincare preparation.

Create a curriculum that addresses makeup trends, tools, and safety practices.

Help students develop their portfolios for professional use.

Provide placement assistance by guiding students on building careers in makeup artistry, offering insights into freelancing and professional opportunities.

Monitor progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching methods based on student needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Certification in Makeup Artistry or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience in makeup instruction or professional makeup artistry.

Knowledge of current makeup trends, techniques, and tools.

Strong communication and mentoring skills. 

3. Job Opening: Part-Time Hair & Nail Instructor

Position: Part-Time

Location: Faridabad

Work Schedule: 4 days a week, 4 hours per day 

About the Role

Pahal Foundation is hiring a Hair & Nail Instructor to teach a range of hairstyling and nail care techniques. This is an opportunity to empower community members with professional beauty skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

Teach hairstyling, cutting, coloring, and treatments.

Provide lessons on nail care, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art.

Develop lesson plans that incorporate practical skills with theoretical knowledge.

Guide students in safe use of tools and hygiene practices.

Help students create professional portfolios of their work.

Provide placement assistance by preparing students for salon jobs, freelance work, and entrepreneurship in hair and nail care.

Monitor progress and offer personalized feedback to help students advance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Certification in Hairdressing or Nail Artistry.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in hair and nail instruction.

Knowledge of current trends in hair and nail care.

Strong attention to detail and teaching abilities. 

4. Job Opening: Part-Time Stitching and Sewing Instructor

Position: Part-Time

Location: Faridabad

Work Schedule: 4 days a week, 4 hours per day 

About the Role

Pahal Foundation is looking for a Stitching and Sewing Instructor to teach practical stitching and sewing techniques. The role involves mentoring students to develop sewing skills for both personal and professional purposes. 

Key Responsibilities:

Teach basic to advanced sewing techniques, including stitching, pattern making, and fabric selection.

Guide students in using different types of sewing machines and tools.

Develop lessons that focus on the creation of garments, repairs, and alterations.

Help students learn to measure, cut, and assemble fabrics accurately.

Provide placement assistance by helping students pursue careers in tailoring, garment construction, or starting their own sewing businesses.

Offer feedback and mentorship to students based on their skill levels.

Qualifications and Skills:

Certification or experience in tailoring or garment construction.

At least 1 year of experience teaching stitching and sewing.

Knowledge of various sewing techniques and materials.

Patience and ability to guide students with varying skill levels. 

5. Job Opening: Part-Time Social Media and AI Tools Instructor

Position: Part-Time

Location: Faridabad

Work Schedule: 4 days a week, 4 hours per day 

About the Role

Pahal Foundation is looking for a Social Media and AI Tools Instructor to teach community members how to utilize social media platforms and AI-driven tools effectively. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy individual who understands the power of digital platforms in today's world. 

Key Responsibilities:

Teach students how to create and manage social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Provide lessons on AI tools, such as ChatGPT, for content creation, marketing, and personal productivity.

Develop practical lessons that focus on growing an online presence and generating income through digital platforms.

Guide students on content strategy, audience engagement, and analytics.

Provide placement assistance by offering insights into careers in social media management, digital marketing, and freelance opportunities.

Stay updated with new social media trends and AI developments to keep lessons relevant.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field.

Proficiency in social media management and AI tools.

At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media instruction.

Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex tools for beginners.
