ATAPI SEVA FOUNDATION

Designation: HR & Admin Manager

Location: Vadodara, travel to other Project locations.

Salary: 40,000/- (Negotiable)

Required Qualification: MHRM /M.B.A in HR from reputed institute.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Recruit candidates as per the need of the organization. Arranging interviews and onboarding new employees.

• Ensuring all paperwork involved with recruitment and exit.

• Organizing induction training for the newly joined employee.

• Update and finalize, existing policies and suggest changes to policies as per the current situation.

• Developing new policies as per the requirement & Under taken implementation.

• Facilitate maintaining employee records, including personal details and emergency contacts for each employee.

• Ensuring all the paperwork involved with resigned employees is completed, including charge handover & exit interview.

• Support in administration tasks.

• Organizing various events in the organization.

• Support in Documentation and Publication – Annual Report, Newsletter, Brochure, proposals etc.

• Any Other Task allocated by senior Management.

About Company

Established in 2009, Aatapi Seva Foundation evolved in response to the needs that emerged in the course of a baseline study conducted in four villages of Gajera, Piludara, Kareli and Vedach villages in Jambusar taluka of Bharuch district, Gujarat. These needs emerged from a dynamic engagement between the founding corporate and the local community. Aatapi’s field of activity is now concentrated in 53 villages of Jambusar and Ankleshwar blocks in Bharuch District.

Aatapi’s interventions stress Financial Inclusion, with emphasis on women’s empowerment. Natural Resource Management and conservation, encouraging scientific practices to enhance traditional sources of livelihood such as agriculture and animal husbandry and developing Alternative Sources of Livelihoods.

Aatapi believes that the journey from disempowerment to empowerment is a process of negotiating, redefining and pushing boundaries to claim a dignified space in society for the underprivileged and the marginalised.
