Job Description

Trainer Role:

Deliver employability skills, life skills, financial literacy and other work related training that empowers youth to take up employment or further education.

Deliver training using innovative methods including activity based learning, role plays,experiential learning and sports for development techniques and consistently evaluate the quality and impact of training.

Apply and continuously develop innovative training techniques to make training more effective, fun and interactive.

Engage and motivate youth positively at all times ensuring youth are aware of their weekly timetables and attend the correct sessions.

Deliver a sharp focus on all training contributing to youth’s ability to take up work, training or further education and being able to sustain these for 6 months.

Contribute to mapping institutions (government / NGO/ private and corporate foundations) that provide skills training opportunities in the local areas.

Qualification and Experience (essential unless otherwise stated):

Graduate and Minimum 1 year full time experience of delivering training to disadvantaged 17-25 year olds or aportion of this age range.

Direct experience of delivering employability skills and life skills training and achieving positive outcomes with youth.

Training session planning and design, applying core training content and building in elements to make training relevant to local context.Experience of financial literacy and retail training (desirable)

Knowledge of Basic Computer and English Speaking Skills

B K Welfare Foundation Ngo is a registered (Registration No. : 66887(08-09-2009) non-governmental organization(NGO) working in Delhi, India. Established in the year 2009. running a skill development project and Children Education in East Delhi Area.
Currently we are running 5 Contact Point where some children are attending the formal classes in their slum are place in Delhi slums area. We are focusing on slums children which are not going to any formal school lack of many Personal or other circumstances from the family

1) Life skills session for personality development improvement.
2) Individual Counseling about to know more about youth and suggest better about their aspiration
3) Basic IT and English training
4) Conduct campus Interview and placement as youth aspiration
5)Post placement tracking.

1) Retail training with B-Able (Project Reliance Foundation)
2) Ac repairing Training with Whirlpool
3) Basic Karigar Training with Raymonds
4) Basic Training for PWD with EFICOR
