Shaping Career Education Society, a leading NGO in skill development, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sociologist/ Community Mobilizer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our skill training programs and involves mobilizing students, handling data, and coordinating between various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience with community outreach, and technical proficiency in data entry and management.

Tech Proficiency: Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reports, presentations, and managing communications.

Work closely with Community to ensure effective outreach and engagement with targeted communities.

Maintain and collect program data, ensuring accurate reporting for internal use and government requirements.

Qualifications:

Education: B.com/BA Sociologist/MA Sociologist

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in mobilization/social work

Job Type: Full-time

Benefits: Salary: Rs 10,000-Rs 18,000 per month.

Schedule: Day shift with occasional evening/weekend work as required.
