Organization Overview: PARAS India is a national-level NGO dedicated to empowering marginalized communities and enhancing their access to basic rights, resources, and social services. Since 2007, we have been implementing impactful initiatives across six states, focusing on education, healthcare, gender equality, livelihood, disaster management, and social awareness. Through our programs, we strive to uplift underserved communities and facilitate their active participation in the nation’s democratic processes.
About Project Swasthya Samruddhi: We are excited to launch Project Swasthya Samruddhi in collaboration with NHPC in Jalaun district, Uttar Pradesh. This three-month initiative aims to enhance the health and well-being of women and young girls in Jalaun district Uttar Pradesh by organizing workshops, health camps, and awareness sessions. The project will focus on critical health challenges, including maternal and child health, malnutrition, and preventive healthcare, empowering local communities to access vital health resources and information.
To bring this impactful project to life, we are seeking dedicated professionals for the following positions:

1. Project Head (1 Position)
Role Summary:
The Project Head will lead and manage all project activities, oversee team performance, and ensure efficient coordination with stakeholders, including NHPC, community leaders, and the local government. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle project operations on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the project work plan in alignment with goals.
• Supervise and guide the project team in carrying out assigned tasks.
• Monitor project progress, assess risks, and report to senior management.
• Ensure timely implementation of workshops, health camps, and community sessions.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in project management within the social sector.

2. Program Officer cum MIS Expert (1 Position)
Role Summary:
The Program Officer cum MIS Expert will be responsible for overseeing program activities, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining the project’s Management Information System (MIS) for effective monitoring and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with team members to implement project activities.
• Gather, record, and analyze project data for monitoring and evaluation.
• Prepare reports on project outcomes, challenges, and impact.
• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, Data Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Prior experience in MIS and data analysis, with strong computer skills.

3. Health Expert (1 Position)
Role Summary:
The Health Expert will play a crucial role in conducting health awareness sessions and providing non-medical health support and information to the community, focusing on nutrition, hygiene, and preventive health practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate health awareness and nutrition education sessions.
• Provide guidance on maternal and child health, hygiene, and sanitation.
• Support health camps by assisting in community mobilization and information dissemination.
Qualifications:
• Background in Health, Social Work, or Community Health; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience in conducting health-related awareness programs or similar activities.

4. Outreach Officer (3 Positions)
Role Summary:
Outreach Officers will be responsible for mobilizing community members, engaging with local stakeholders, and ensuring high participation in all project activities across designated villages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct door-to-door outreach and promote health camps and awareness sessions.
• Build strong relationships with village leaders, influencers, and families.
• Assist in organizing and setting up workshops and events.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in community engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Housekeeping Staff (1 Position)
Role Summary:
The Housekeeping Staff will ensure that all facilities used for project activities remain clean, organized, and safe for community members and project staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in health camp and workshop areas.
• Assist with logistical arrangements and setup for sessions.
• Ensure a welcoming environment for all participants.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in housekeeping or facility management.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards.

• Project Duration: 3 months
• Location: Jalaun district, Uttar Pradesh
• Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
