SUKRUPA was registered in 2004 as a non-profit charitable trust from Bangalore, India, serving economically backward communities at the grassroot level since 2002, mostly first-generation learners, children of migrant daily wage workers, especially girls, empowering them through education from early childhood to college with scholarships, mentoring, life skills, and professional skills necessary for a dream career.
SuVidya - A quality English medium education through creative and experiential learning for 450 children from preschool to 10th grade.
SuKallpAspire &SuKallp Seva - After-School Life Skills and Leadership Development Program for pre-teens and teenagers.

Position Title: Program Manager
Reporting To: Program Director
Job Description -
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate the operations of programs. The ideal candidate will have experience and passion to work with pre teens and teenagers with the ability to design and manage programs as per the concept that benefit students.. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to:
Programs:
1. Conceptualize and design programs and implementation strategies in collaboration with the Founder CEO.
2. Collaborate with program coordinators to ensure efficient and effective implementation of programs.
3. Create reporting formats tailored to the specific programs to track progress and outcomes.
4. Develop evaluation methods to assess the impact and effectiveness of all programs.
5. Research content and subject materials for training.
6. Maintain a database of resource people to provide necessary support for the programs.
7. Recruit, manage, and train volunteers to assist with program activities.
8. Design and conduct awareness programs for all initiatives of SUKRUPA.
9. Plan program budget in collaboration with program coordinators.
10. Delegate tasks and follow-up on the status with program coordinators.
11. Consolidate all of SUKRUPA's initiatives by creating collaterals, manuals, and policies.
12. Collaborate with program coordinators to plan and execute events and field visits.
Communication:
1. Facilitate internal communication among different teams and departments.
2. Establish effective communication channels with corporate partners.
3. Coordinate with government authorities for permissions and regulatory compliance.
4. Develop and maintain communication channels with external stakeholders.
5. Design assessments and program evaluations to be undertaken monthly.
6. Work with the coordinator to conduct periodic volunteering drives
Qualifications:
• A Master’s degree in social work.
• A certification in youth counselling is preferred.
• Proven experience in program management, preferably in an educational nonprofit setting for 4-5 years.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in recruitment, training, and supervision of staff or interns.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
An Ideal Candidate would possess the following Strengths -
• Ability to provide counselling and guidance to students on academic and career-related, life skills and leadership subjects.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design is an added advantage.
