We are now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of National Project Manager (Telehealth) who will be overall in charge of the telehealth projects. Project manager with support of local team will coordinate with stake holders; village sarpanch, medical officer of CHC/ PHC/ Community Health Officer, Community health Workers; ASHA/ ANM /MPW for understanding the health needs and to identify a place to operate tele health consultation in the village.
Position Title: National Project Manager-Telehealth
Location: New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Expansion:
Design strategies to implement telehealth projects across different states
Develop a SOP with reporting formats and establish a plan for overall monitoring and evaluation
Develop project implementation plan with monthly target and indicators
2. Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of telehealth projects in support with state team
Assign tasks, supervise, and ensure the smooth functioning
Organize team meetings and reviews
3. Operations & Service Delivery:
Supervise the daily operations of Hub & Spoke, ensuring the effective health service delivery
Develop JD, TOR and KRA’s for the team
Coordinate with state team for effective implementation
Manage the project budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial resources are used efficiently.
4. Data & Information Management:
Set up and maintain basic infrastructure for managing information and knowledge
Ensure timely collation, supervision of data entry, and updating of records for all telehealth locations.
Prepare monthly performance reports, case studies, and ensure compliance with standard protocols
5. Monitoring & Reporting:
Conduct regular reviews of Telehealth performance and develop strategies for service improvement.
Submit periodic reports to senior management, detailing the performance of and documenting new initiatives.
Manage all MIS-related documentation, including data presentation and report generation.
Establish MIS and work with the technical team to integrate it with larger software and a national level dashboard
Ensure seamless integration of project components with HelpAge MIS application
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in managing large teams and projects preferably in healthcare or social service sectors. Preferably Post Graduate in social work/ social science with minimum 7 years’ experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with government officials, healthcare providers, and the elderly population.
Proficiency in data management, report generation, and presentation skills.
