Parivaar is working in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh & West Bengal. This post is for Madhya Pradesh. In Madhya Pradesh, Parivaar is running various Education and Health & Medical related activities.
In remote and poor tribal areas of 18 districts of Madhya Pradesh, Parivaar is running 800+ centers for meals and education of children in the age group of 4-14 years. There are around 50,000 children in these centers which are called Seva Kutirs. We have 93 Ambulances running (24*7 free) in 23 districts of Madhya Pradesh. We have 21 mobile medical clinics running in 10 districts of madhya pradesh.

Key Responsibilities
* Reviewing the existing Operational Processes and adapting it to make it more efficient.
* Handling and Training the field supervisors/workers.
* To Engage with District administration with our objectives.
* Visiting the centers or other medical works regularly. Therefore have to stay in remote tribal pockets of the District.
* Making requirements for education centres and other medical works. Like grocery, Medicines etc
* Handling vehicle related issues for Ambulance & Mobile Medical Service.
* Coordinating with existing and searching new vendors to procurement of necessary materials.
Desired Skills and Traits :
This job might be for you if you are:
* Comfortable in working in remote tribal areas with daily travelling on bike.
* Proficient in Hindi and working knowledge of English.
* Ability to manage large data in Excel,Google Sheets.
* Proficient in Mails, Google Drive and other tools.
* Ability to handle pressure and make timely decisions.
* Committed towards uplifting the poor people of the remote area at least for next 2-3 years.
* Honesty and dedication towards the work and self starter and problem solving.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
For last 21 years, Parivaar has worked towards the total care and overall development of children who are highly vulnerable to exploitation, victimization and trafficking, including orphans, street children, abandoned children, and extremely impoverished children from tribal areas. It also conducts many more humanitarian activities for the destitute and uncared, including elderly and shelterless.
In Bengal Parivaar has two residential educational institutions – Parivaar Vivekananda Sevashrama for Boys and Parivaar Sarada Teertha for girls. With over 2100 resident children, these are West Bengal’s largest free residential institutions for children from deprived and destitute backgrounds. Parivaar provides all opportunities for education and overall child development in a loving and caring atmosphere for boys and girls from early age of 5 till their higher education – i.e. university level graduation and / or employability programs
Parivaar’s Residential Institutions are seen as a model institution in the field of caretaking and overall development of vulnerable children. We have been the recipient of the 2011 National Award for Child Welfare from the President of India, the highest recognition by the Government of India.
