The Leprosy Mission Trust India (TLMTI) is a leading charitable organization with over 150 years of experience globally, and a presence in India since 1874. We are dedicated to supporting marginalized communities affected by leprosy and disabilities, ensuring dignity, social equity, and sustainable development. TLMTI is currently implementing a project aimed at improving food security for 4,000 smallholder farmers in Warud and Daryapur blocks of Amravati district, Maharashtra.

Positions Available:
1. Program Manager (1 Vacancy)
Responsibilities:
Oversee project implementation to ensure alignment with TLMTI’s goals.
Develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Lead monitoring, evaluation, and reporting efforts.
Train and support team members for enhanced effectiveness.
Qualifications: Degree in Social Sciences or B.Sc. Agriculture; experience in program management within NGOs.
2. Management Information Systems (MIS) Officer (1 Vacancy)
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project data management systems.
Analyse data to guide decision-making and project improvements.
Collaborate with project staff to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Qualifications: Degree in Social Work or Information Technology, Data Management, or related field; experience with NGO data systems preferred.
3. Program Implementing Facilitator (PIF) (3 Vacancies)
Responsibilities:
Implement agricultural training programs to improve productivity and sustainability.
Facilitate workshops on modern farming practices.
Monitor project activities and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Diploma in Agriculture or degree in social work; experience in agricultural development or community facilitation.
4. Community Development Organizer (CDO) (8 Vacancies)
Responsibilities:
Engage with farmers to assess their needs, challenges, and aspirations.
Organize community events focused on sustainable agriculture.
Collaborate with stakeholders to promote agricultural practices tailored to local contexts.
Qualifications: Secondary School graduate with a farming background; experience in community development or social work.
5. Accountant (1 Vacancy)
Responsibilities:
Manage financial records and prepare budgets.
Provide financial reports and assist in project planning and forecasting.
Qualifications: Degree in Finance or Accounting; experience in NGO financial management preferred.
6. Skilled Worker (1 Vacancy)
Responsibilities:
Support Program Manager and project team members in logistical, administrative, banking and liaison work.
Safely transport staff and project participants to various locations.
Maintain vehicle logs and ensure regular servicing.
Qualifications: Valid driver’s license; experience driving for NGOs or community projects is a plus.
Knowledge of speaking and reading Marathi Language is mandatory for all positions.
