Job Description

Educational Qualification & Experience:-

• B.SC. Agriculture with at least two year working experience in development sector.

Role & Responsibility :-

• Agricultural based project planning & implementation.

• To Provide technical guidance and support on agricultural practices and innovation.

• Collaborate with farmers, government agencies, NGOs and other relevant Stakeholders.

• Coordinate Between teams and partners to ensure alignment of objectives.

• Monitor Progress and ensure tasks are Completed within timelines.

• Prepare Progress Report and submitted to management.

• Conduct Field Assessment to evaluate program situation and resource Availability.

• Develop Strategies to increase agriculture productivity while maintaining environmental

• Sustainability.

• Train and mentor farmers and project staff on improved agricultural technique.

• Build Trust and communication channels with Rural Communities to ensure local participation.

• Organize and lead community meeting, workshop and training session.

• Capacity Building and Knowledge Sharing.

• Establish Key Performance indicators and monitoring framework for agricultural interventions.
