Position Overview: The Mobiliser will be responsible for coordinating various activities of the Fast-Hotel Management program in partnership with Kherwadi Social Welfare

Association. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation and high quality of the project in Mumbai. The Mobiliser will work closely with stakeholders, including four and

five star hotels along with schools, colleges, NGOs, and community organizations.

Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Jaipur

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Mobilization:

Organize the recruitment of eligible candidates youths in line with the requirements of participating including four and five star hotels.

Conduct mobilization within a 5 km radius of the outlet to minimize commuting issues for students.

Identify and engage with potential student sources, particularly from underserved communities, including slums.

Program Promotion and Community Engagement:

Promote the training program through relevant networks, media, and community channels such as CBOs, mandals and SHGs etc.

Arrange and conduct information sessions within the community to inform and attract eligible candidates.

Regularly visit communities to build relationships and maintain program visibility.

Partnership Development:

Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, NGOs, and community-based organizations to facilitate student enrollment and mobilization.

Collaborate with these partners to align recruitment strategies and enhance program outreach.

Operational Coordination:

Coordinate with including four and five star hotels to ensure program requirements and standards are met.

Track and report on the progress of recruitment and program implementation.

Address any issues or challenges related to mobilization and program execution promptly.

Eligibiity Criteria:

1. Target-Oriented Profile: Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment and mobilization targets effectively.

2. Education: Graduate in any stream.

3. Experience: Prior experience in community engagement or mobilization is essential.

4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry).

5. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

6. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

7. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Additional Requirements:

1. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

2. Travel: Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed.

3. Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding and respect for the cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds of the communities served.

4. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in the mobilization process.
