Position Overview:
As we expand our initiatives, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of trainers in delivering top-quality employability skills programs.
The Master Trainer will play a key leadership role in ensuring quality and effectiveness of the training team to ensure skill development of the trainees in diverse program areas. Your contribution will directly impact the confidence and job-readiness of trainees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the training and capacity building of facilitators and trainers to ensure quality delivery of skill development programs using interactive, participative and experiential methods
• Mentor the facilitators and trainers to continuously improve
• Evaluate training effectiveness and refine content based on participant feedback and evolving industry needs.
• Monitor training sessions to ensure consistency, engagement, and learner-centered approaches.
• Collaborate with industry experts and employers to align training content with job market requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in employability training, job market demands, and pedagogical techniques.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Social Work, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in employability skills or soft skills training.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in developing training modules and content, with an ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for helping others succeed.
